Basic Purpose:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Relationship Management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain GRM team collateral used for dissemination to various EVD stakeholders.
  • Work with the operations department on trade problems and issues.
  • Process invoices for payment to GRM dealers.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
  • Compile and distribute weekly team updates.
  • Download and structure ad-hoc reports for GRM dealers using CRM systems.
  • Provide administrative support to 17 team members in preparing for meetings, material shipments, correspondence with clients, etc.
  • Assist with other department projects and cover phones when team is traveling.
  • Coordinate conference materials and attendee lists.
  • Catalog GRM team pipeline and platform status.
  • Ensure firm data and coding in CRM system is accurate such as firm address and rep information so that trades are properly allocated.
  • Assist with RFP requests, compliance and legal in getting required info for GRM firms.

Position Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two to three years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
