State Street Global Advisors is seeking a leader of our Sales Enablement Tools & Analytics team who can excel in that environment and help others on their team to do the same. Are you that leader?

As Head of Sales Enablement Tools & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our client relationship management systems across our Global Institutional and SPDR distribution teams. Responsibilities also include the oversight of all business analytics, including sales pipeline dashboards and management reporting, within the Global Institutional Group. You will lead a hardworking team located in multiple offices around the world responsible for handling the day-to-day needs of our distribution teams. In addition, you will be accountable for coordinating State Street Global Advisors activities in this area with the Head of Sales Enablement for State Street Corporation, leveraging best practices, system and process synergies wherever possible.

This role is part of the Global Institutional Group and reports to the Chief Operating Officer of that business.

This position requires:
  • Strategic thinker with 5-10 years of experience and a successful track record in equivalent leadership role
  • Deep proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, data management and related relationship management technology tools
  • You can build, lead and motivate teams capable of producing high quality work product and solutions under deadlines
  • Responsibility for leading, coaching and mentoring a global team
  • Leadership of strategic key projects from the initiation and planning stages through execution and completion
  • Ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
  • You possess excellent problem solving and influencing skills
  • A demonstrated ability to form and nurture positive relationships with team members, internal partners, vendors and others
  • You are able to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspire others
  • An insatiable desire to win!

Additional requirements:
  • BS or BA required; MBA or equivalent preferred
