The college intern in the Business Services Unit of the Real Estate Services Group is responsible for providing analytical and customer service support in a number of areas within the department.
This intern will be, but is not limited to, uploading detailed information into the Capital Planning Module of the department's management resolution system, assisting with the service request line, assisting with the procurement process, researching invoices, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and various ad-hoc projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
