The incumbent oversees all portfolio management responsibilities for The Private Wealth Management Mortgage Division. Responsibilities include: Oversight of daily rate setting in accordance with established procedures, communication of rates to sales force and update rate sheets and systems accordingly. Rate lock loans when appropriate, monitor pipeline to ensure compliance with rate lock terms and track pricing exception requests. Position requires direct involvement with sold loan investors, mortgage servicing company, bank treasury/finance/accounting departments. Responsibilities are time sensitive and have direct financial impact on department's profitability (P&L).The incumbent also oversees all departments systems and reporting capabilities. Individual has extensive experience and knowledge of all department operating systems (LOS, Fidelity, Metavante) used to process workflow and prepares management and department reporting. Ensure systems needs of department are met and adherence with strict GLBA guidelines. Prepare reports for distribution to most senior levels of the organization.

Qualifications
8-10 years related experience in mortgage industry. He/She must possess in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, pricing and related technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are necessary. Candidate must be organized;; detail oriented and have the ability to mange multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree is required.
