Join the team responsible for shareholder reporting and TIC reports and perform and review regulatory fillings, within an internationally operating organization.

My client is a large, highly reputable financial service firm, located in Boston. The opportunity involves exposure to global accounting policy, investor relations, internal legal counsel, corporate marketing, regulatory reporting, independent accountants and other parties.


Main responsibilities are:

  • Engage heavily in the activities related to large shareholder reporting
  • Prepare TIC reports
  • Conduct and review regulatory fillings related to FRY-9C FFIEC 031 FFIEC 041
  • Provide expertise on regulatory reporting matters and analysis in particular
  • Prepare analytically results and present findings to the senior management
  • Contemporary revision on updated regulatory and reporting matters to provide instructions and perform necessary adjustments
  • Create compound financial models to analyze and perform flux analyses
  • Engage in new product introduction, create test cases and UAT for automation initiatives
  • Perform a constant, accurate documentation of activities
  • Revision and report national and international teams in terms of regulatory compliance


  • Bachelor's degree
  • CPA (non-negotiable)
  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting
  • Exposure to bank reporting and GAAP
  • Big 4 background preferred
  • Ability to work independently, and within a team, with the potential to be a team leader
  • Competent to identify key matters in complex situations and address those with priority
  • Show a high level of competence and discipline
  • Ability to understand the client with and operate accordingly

Job Offer
