Basic Purpose:

Provide IFI channel management and the IFI sales teams a central point of contact to implement and coordinate critical sales, marketing and other distribution functions. In addition, the IFI coordinator will handle oversight functions of the IFI sales team in conjunction with the IFI management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination - Work with IFI Sales Managers to help identify and execute sales opportunities within firms and wholesaler territories.
  • Territory Planning - Assist IFI National Sales on developing, implementing and executing territory sales plans, product campaigns and firm initiatives.
  • Leadership Liasion - Will be a primary liaison between IFI sales leadership and multiple departments across Eaton Vance Corp. Including Eaton Vance senior leadership, marketing, distribution administration, global relationship management, and product and investment teams.
  • Administrative Support - Work with IFI sales leadership in handling management functions; email review, expense reports, call reports and other functions management performs.
  • Intelligent Distribution - Coordinate the implementation of intelligent distribution, wholesaler driven due diligence meetings, micro marketing campaigns, internal sales and client experience (concierge services)
  • Communications - Establish/create a framework for the IFI management team to streamline sales and marketing communications across EVD.
  • Reporting Facilitate the collection and distribution of various field and firm reports to the sales teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the investment management industry
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required. FINRA Series 24 preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
