TIAAs Individual Relationships group contains a suite of business lines including Wealth Management, Direct Investing, and TIAA Bank.  The Wealth Management unit provides advice and planning services for clients with complex financial needs.  Specifically, we offer financial advisory, financial planning, client service, portfolio management, and estate planning to TIAAs highest net worth clients.  The Business Management Organization (BMO) within the Wealth Management Group encompasses Strategy, Analytics, Digital Capabilities, Practice Management, Operations, Process Improvement, and Risk Management functions. 

The Senior Business Management Specialist will manage diverse business management functions in support of field and sales leadership including: project management, operations, planning, and analysis.  We are looking for a senior analyst to be in charge of maintaining and controlling multiple facets of our business management functions and manage a contingent work force


-Compensation and Credit Attribution Policy ownership and support for our advisory services
-SME point of contact with TIAA Bank on building integrated process and controls
-Entitlement review and oversight for Field Advisory Services
-CRM Documentation and Activity oversight and process improvement
-Vendor Management
-ADV Reporting and process ownership
-Contingent Worker Management

Minimum Requirements:
 Bachelors Degree
 2-4 Years Experience (in an Analyst or Consulting role)
 Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services industries.
 Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  Superior business and financial acumen. 
 Exceptional relationship management and consultative skills.
  Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders  Desired Qualifications:
 2+ Years in an analyst role in Financial Services. 
 Capability to work independently and demonstrate urgency in a fast paced environment.
 Ability to influence without authority
 Knowledge of advanced analytical tools and frameworks (OBIEE, Si Sense, Tableau)
 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey actionable insights from complex information sets.   Power user of Presentation Tools (PowerPoint).
