Senior Manager, Marketing

The Senior Manager, Marketing will partner with the FCAS senior team to develop the business' marketing strategy and execute programs.



The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of related product marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client interfacing role
  • Corporate actions or a related area experience a plus
  • Some exposure to software products and tools in the data management space a plus
  • Experience in marketing products and services to both internal Fidelity and external clients as part of a commercial business is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organization skills and execution

The Purpose of Your Role

This role will focus on managing the FCAS public message, social media and public relations approach, as well as relationships with key industry groups. The Senior Manager, Marketing will also support FCAS client relationship management with the development and execution of an annual client engagement/communication strategy.

The Value You Deliver
  • Partnering with the FCAS sales, relationship management, product, client implementation, technology/operations team, and other internal business partners to understand client needs and best position the offering in the marketplace
  • Supporting client relationship management with the coordination of the like of annual client newsletter, client surveys, client user groups, client roundtables, etc.
  • Supporting marketing programs, promotions and research projects for multiple products/services (ActionService, ActionCompare and ActionNResponse)
  • Supporting FCAS's public message, social media and public relations approach including the continual evolution of FCAS branding/collateral
  • Supporting the continual evolution of the FCAS web site
  • Maintaining relationships with key industry associates/organizations
  • Maintaining relationships with industry consultant organizations
  • Coordinating and managing marketing events, communications
  • Support conference strategy and lead execution of the strategy
  • Supporting the FCAS RFI/RFP process
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of FCAS thought leadership
  • Working with senior team and sales to fine-tune positioning of third party relationships
  • Monitoring competitive offerings in the marketplace and FCAS competitive stance in the industry; work with senior team to provide strategic direction for products within competitive framework
