As Software Development Business Analyst, Officer you will
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, detailed and concise development requirement documentation
- Build a working relationship with our business, development and QA teams
- Willing to create test cases and partner with our Quality Assurance team to test new and existing functionality
- Develop recommendations on product gaps with outside of the box thinking
- Willingness to speak up, ask questions and problem solve.

- Ability to handle fast paced environment with changing requirements
- Ability to work with development, QA and business partners with a strong understanding of the SDLC
- Experience with electronic trading platforms, plus strong knowledge of global financial markets a plus

- Excellent communicator
- Conduct business in an ethical manner while displaying personal and corporate integrity
- BS/BA and 3+ years of Business Analysis/Systems Analysis work within financial industry with a lean towards technology. Experience inclusive of Co-op/Internship
- Technical knowledge of SQL and APIs strongly desired
