Vice President, Corporate Services Finance

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (CFP&A) organization is seeking a highly capable, experienced, and motivated Finance professional to provide broad financial oversight of the Corporate Services functions as Vice President, Corporate Services Finance.

This role will interact with senior executives, finance professionals, and business partners across the Corporate Services functions, and will utilize critical analytical, planning, reporting, presentation, and communication skills to deliver insightful reporting, analysis, and executive briefings to key decision makers.

The role oversees a team of dedicated finance professionals, and is responsible for streamlining key processes to improve the quality and impact of planning and analysis while improving productivity and efficiency.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with 12 to 15 years of experience or Master's degree with 10 years of experience.
  • In addition, applicants must have exceptional analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Successful candidates will have experience managing teams, presenting to senior executives, and driving process improvement.
  • Attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and a results-oriented focus are essential.

The Purpose of Your Role

The Vice President, Corporate Services Finance is responsible for financial management and oversight for the Corporate Services organizations, as well as business decision support, strategic planning support, and ad hoc analysis as directed by executive management across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Enterprise Services.

The purpose of the role is to provide timely, relevant, actionable reporting and analysis to key decision makers, while facilitating the planning process to drive better long term performance and value.

We are looking to hire a Vice President with a strong background and proven track record of analytical thinking, effective communication, leadership experience, and the ability to build key partnerships at all levels.

  • You bring experience preparing and presenting business and investment cases with strong financial modeling and analysis.
  • You possess a proficiency in budgeting and planning software and strong technical skills for financial applications.
  • You have proven ability to operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to lead project/work activities and manage multiple priorities.
