As an Executive Assistant, Senior Associate, Candidate will manage general office operations for a building of less than 50 employees and provide key executive support for SSA senior management (Senior Vice President level). The ideal candidate will be highly professional, can operate independently, and show good judgement in the face of conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.

In the role of Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Office Manager and executive administrative support for SSA
  • Act as front desk receptionist
  • Plan and manage Senior Vice President calendars, expense report submissions, requests, presentation materials, and travel arrangements
  • Manage laptop and hardware inventory, as well as office supplies inventory
  • Liaise with property management team for repairs/physical building issues, and with the corporate security team as needed
  • Plan, communicate, and execute events of moderate size

Competencies:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with little guidance
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based collaboration tools (SharePoint)
  • Ability to resolve problems proactively with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of related experience
