Client Quality Business Analyst, Officer Quincy, Massachusetts/en-US/Global/job/Quincy-Massachusetts/Client-Quality-Business-Analyst--Officer_R-631404-1/apply

The Client Quality Business Analyst, Officer will focus on driving results through effective governance across Global Delivery, using data and trend analysis as well as predictive metrics to solve for many and providing the necessary views and communication to facilitate decision making to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce greater client delivery accountability across Global Delivery through consistent measurement and escalation
  • Collect and analyze data and metrics; leveraging Service Governance data and insights
  • Assess trends; determine where trends do not align with operational reality; investigate inconsistencies; solve for many
  • Partner across Global Delivery and within CDM to help drive deep dive analysis and interrogate delivery quality
  • Shift to predictive view of data to drive proactive actions
  • Help coordinate and support the facilitation of governance forums
  • Administer ongoing monthly leadership review of Global Delivery KPIs and client KPIs; determine actions and owners of items deemed Hot from leadership feedback
  • Prepare and review updates for multiple audiences, including senior management and large staff forums
  • Measure and report effectiveness of governance

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry
  • Broad analytical expertise; detail oriented
  • Demonstrated competency to support complex projects
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Demonstrated experience delivering against stated goals/objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Project and Excel
