TPRM is seeking an experienced Vice-President to lead TPRM Governance pillar under Program Delivery Office. This role will report to the Head of Program Delivery and lead governance and policy related activities. This role is critical to the delivery of clear messaging and content to the oversight committees, regulators, third and second lines of defense.

State Streets Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program is responsible for enabling State Street to identify, assess and manage the risk to which the enterprise is exposed arising from the receipt of services from third parties. The TPRM program has been established to operate a robust risk assessment framework, which ensures that State Streets third-party risk exposure is mitigated appropriately and meets associated regulatory obligations and expectations across multiple jurisdictions. It does so by delivering a globally consistent operating model, policies, standards, procedures, platforms, governance, and oversight.
What you will be responsible for
As a TPRM Governance Director you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the maintenance approval and updating of TPRM policy and standards
Governance of control deviations / gaps to ensure risks are in line with risk appetite
Driving control best practice and awareness
Managing Regulatory Compliance Assessments as they pertain to TPRM
Enterprise Risk Management Corporate Compliance and Corporate Audit and others as appropriate
Follow-up on actions and help consolidation in global dashboards and project plan
Collaborating with functional risk managers and control assurance resources to ensure deliverables adequately represent all stakeholders
Close cooperation with other team members throughout the corporation ensuring consistency in procedures, controls

Education & Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience (Committee, Governance, Risk Management).
