Operations and Governance Specialist, Assistant Vice President
Who we are looking for
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all functions related to the daily operations in Global Process Delivery. Focusing on managing the day to day operation and staff along with coordinating and assisting strategic initiatives and projects. The position is located in Quincy, Massachusetts. Qualified candidates should have 7-10 years of experience working in Finance or similar industries. Daily KPIs will be monitored and evaluated. RAG status is utilized to ensure potential errors are found and remediated prior to reaching external parties. Will work closely with our global sites and a follow the sun model.

What you will be responsible for
As Assistant Vice President you will
  • Manage and oversee daily operations
  • People Manager promoting a performance driven culture
  • Project Management- coordinate and participate on strategic and corporate driven initiatives
  • Promoting diversity and culture
  • Evaluate and minimize risk; financially, reputationally, and operationally
  • Implement and monitor operational controls
  • Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance or equivalent industries
  • PC literacy and ability to utilize Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience with State Street applications preferred but not required
