Robotics Process Automation / AI Project Management, VP
  • The Program Manager will directly contribute to Global Delivery Transformation by providing governance of the Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence (RPA/AI) program.
  • Implement and manage comprehensive governance capabilities in partnership with the Robotics Center of Excellence (CoE), leveraging Program Management best practices
  • Ensure timely compliance with procurement and finance practices, such as SOW approval, Contingent Labor management (CLASS), time tracking (ATRACK), SOP-98 deferrals
  • Manage a team of project managers and/or analysts while influencing a much wider cross-functional group to ensure targets, budgets and milestones are achieved
  • Responsible for management and communication to support the RPA/AI Steering Committee and related governance bodies
  • Responsible for proactive issue escalation, risk mitigation, and timely change management, ensuring delivery of business value on time and on budget
  • Provide governance for the intake and evaluation of prospective RPA/AI initiatives
  • Maintain and refine Program Governance policies and controls, ensuring accountability and alignment of activities to the program strategy with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive quantitative and qualitative problem-solving efforts
  • Define goals, capture and measure RPA/AI metrics for performance evaluation
  • Develop yourself and others through training and coaching and encourage experiential and other learning opportunities
  • Demonstrate risk excellence in all aspects of the role
  • Perform other duties as required
  • 8-10 years job related/industry experience in financial services, consulting, and/or RPA/AI is required
  • Proven track record of project and program management excellence
  • Ability to address and resolve conflict within and across teams effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Work with minimal direction and promotes an open flow of information so all stakeholders are informed
  • Good knowledge of proven business analysis and development (agile) methodologies is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word required
  • Experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC), Clarity or other Project Portfolio Management tools, and Tableau beneficial
  • Exceptional communication skills required, with the ability to pull out and summarize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences. Comfortable and confident presenting to executives.
  • PMP certification and related certifications a plus
