POSITION SUMMARY:

The BSM will serve as a member of the lead execution team supporting lead management programs like Money-in-Motion. As a BSM, individuals work closely with leaders and other business partners to assist in the execution of program deliverables. This may include gathering business requirements, developing and monitoring dashboards, problem resolution and the analysis of results to form future program recommendations. BSMs must become well versed in the nuances of the program they support in order to help the business run efficiently while also driving incremental improvements over time. In this role individuals will engage with partners from across the enterprise to build and sustain the relationships required to drive desired business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


 Assist in execution of Money in Motion program deliverables gather business requirements, monitor dashboards and adoption rates, identify issues, research and execute solutions, analyze data and make recommendations 
 Work with business partners to identify Test and Learn opportunities and oversee the execution of the test and learns and analyze results and propose recommended actions.
 Analyze the results and make recommendations for new lead types and removal of poor performing lead types
 Help report out on program results and assist with pulling together info for stakeholder communications and Operating Committee agendas.

QUALIFICATIONS 


 An analytical thinker with the ability to resolve issues
 A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to educate and update project stakeholders and leaders
 Effective at managing project scope, ensuring clear focus among all stakeholders
 Capable at assessing project risks, determining impact to timelines and cost, while identifying the appropriate actions
 Flexible, able to adapt to change quickly while taking initiative and working independently
 Knowledgeable of TIAA, our businesses and basic financial planning concepts and practices

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
 Strong powerpoint skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
