POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports to the VP, Plan Event Communications (PEC), and is primarily responsible for leading the PEC Quality & Efficiency team to drive improvements to design and delivery of participant communications around retirement plan changes and complex transitions.  The ideal person will be a dynamic leader with strategic agility, process discipline, and a results-focus.  They understand business complexities and the requirement to simultaneously manage output for multiple projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead team responsible for managing business activities, updating communications templates and driving process efficiencies  
  • Provides PEC team members with insight to ever-evolving technology.
  • Partner with technology to enhance capabilities and increase use of automated processes and digital delivery
  • Develop processes and routines to drive quality and consistency of content, managing relationships with internal or external editorial resources
  • Triage team issues, build forecasting models, manage capacity and budgets
  • Create management reporting to measure productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Lead change management efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years management experience in marketing/communications production, digital experience delivery or managing operational processes
  • Bachelors Degree
Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree
  • 5+ years experience leading process and/or digital improvement initiatives
  • Six Sigma certification
