End To End Wholesale Credit Testing Integration Lead

Job Description:

Overview: As the E2E Wholesale Credit Testing Integration lead you will have responsibility for managing the end-to-end integrated testing of the technology programs delivered as part of Wholesale Credit transformation program. You will work closely with business leaders, operations owners, architecture & strategy, control partners, and technology executives to identify, refine, and manage the connect points between the programs to deliver seamless SIT, UAT and Performance testing strategy. You will be responsible for aligning stakeholders to the end to end testing strategy, managing the messaging and buy-in, and maintaining an oversight framework to provide visibility to executive leadership on the status and delivery of testing across the Wholesale Credit Transformation projects and program delivery schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive the End to End WCT Testing Integration Strategy : Lead the effort to coordinate testing across all WCT programs in order to deliver an integrated solution roadmap to achieve the strategic objectives for WCT Program. Programs within the portfolio have differing objectives and interdependencies but all are part of a broader strategy to transform the Bank, support our business partners, adapt to market demands and meet regulatory requirements. In addition to managing the end-to-end test integration, this role requires forward thinking and the ability to proactively adapt and evolve the testing strategy as the delivery needs change. Be a strategic thought leader to drive integration and ensure cross team collaboration.

Manage WCT Program Test Integration Coordination : Define and run a management function to continually coordinate and drive testing integration across the programs. This function's goal is to ask challenging questions, solicit critical thinking, identify risks or issues, and support the program leads as they define and maintain the delivery roadmap. This includes coordinating with stakeholder outside of technology to ensure a holistic plan.

Delivery on Committed Outcomes: Responsible for delivering on Committed Business Objectives, Technology Simplification/Modernization and Benefits. This includes test automation, test data conditioning, environment and release process maturity and technical innovation. Understanding of financials, how benefit is achieved, tracked and governed. Foster Stakeholder Alignment and buy-in to overall strategy.

Overall Strategy : Establish strong working relationships with the impacted executive stakeholders of the WCT programs in order to align all parties on strategic testing roadmap objectives. Deliver critical messaging and updates in leadership forums as it relates to these objectives and support program leads in this capacity as well. Ensuring alignment and buy-in of the plan is critical.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written) are needed to partner with, establish credibility with, and influence senior executives (internal and external). Ability to navigate the bank quickly and successfully excelling in a matrix environment.
  • 10 - 15 years of professional experience in technology delivery role of larger projects/ programs
  • Must be able to understand technical delivery at a detailed level in order to identify connection points, dependencies and risks to plan
  • Experience with each of the following; SDLC and LEAN Agile Development methodologies, Test Automation, Integrated Release Management, Predictive Analytics in QA/QC, Data Conditioning and Environments Management best practices.
  • Must be highly motivated and tenacious; perseverant and resilient in pursuing objectives despite challenges.
  • Must be able to effectively explain (verbal and written) technical delivery to business partners in a consumable manner
  • Strong project management skills. Possess mature business judgment and be proactive, well organized and results-oriented. Be able to manage multiple resources to completion of quality deliverables in a pressured, time-sensitive environment with multiple competing priorities without having direct authority.

Business Domain Knowledge
Good understanding of SDLC, experience working with test and data automation tools Wholesale Credit and Banking business understanding (underwriting, fulfilment, loan booking, servicing), Bank Capital process and stress testing
