Our client is a leading middle market investment banking firm and considered to be one of the Top Middle Market Investment Banks to work for. They are currently looking to add Associate investment banking professional to their Generalist team in their Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA office. This position will offer exposure to a variety of different verticals and give you the ability to hone your skills in M&A, debt, and equity executions.
The role will involve the following:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses
- Attending client meetings
- Supervising other Analyst level banking professionals
- Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A execution
- Working on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and building M&A product expertise
Requirements:
- An MBA or prior 3 years experience as an investment banking analyst with direct promotion to associate preferred
- Prior Investment Banking Experience is ideal
- Ideally will be working at another leading investment bank
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint
- Team player and a self-starter
- Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
