NON-EMPLOYEE POSITION SUMMARY:

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 12 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAs family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier.

NON-EMPLOYEE POSITION SUMMARY:

The Non-Emploee Program Manager will be part of the TIAA Financial Solutions division.  Reporting to the IRA Product Management Lead, the Program Manager will be responsible for a regulatory Keogh plan restatement project from planning through closure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 

  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan
  • Develop weekly status reports at the project level
  • Communicate project and program updates to leadership team and across the portfolio to key stakeholders
  •          Create executive-level presentations for leadership to monitor progress through completion

  •       Proactively drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders

  •       Ensure all risks, issues, cross-program/project dependencies are clearly identified, mitigated, and consistently monitored to ensure delivery per plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

         5+ years in the Financial Services industry

         5+ yeas of program / project management experience (Business and/or IT/digital)

         BA/BS

         Experienced in project management disciplines / knowledge areas

         Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint

         Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

         Ability to quickly build relationships and communicate at all levels of the organization

         Ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets with ability to overcome obstacles in order to move forward

         Strong written and presentation  skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

         Previous TIAA experience (FTE or CW)

         Experience with retirement products and customer experience initiatives

         PMP Certification

         Experience with Clarity PPM
