This person would need to have a good understanding of financial products in Lending , ABL term loans, revolvers, factoring, etc.
10+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience with LIBOR / Interest rate regulation is required.
3+ years of Agile experience .
Strong understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives.
Proven experience working either in a Fixed Income Middle Office line role or delivering change for a Fixed Income Middle Office.
IBOR Knowledge/ experience
Communicating with and gathering requirements directly from the Front Office.
Using/delivering change to Fixed Income Trading Systems.
Setting up new Fixed Income products / getting product approval.
Planning and management of trade/risk migrations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills .
• Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or design in capital markets and investment banking
• Knowledge and understanding of operational work flows/processes for capital markets and investment banking, including industry participants
• SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
