POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Client Servicing team is responsible for the day to day support of our investors across all asset classes. The Global Privates Client Service team focuses specifically on real estate, real assets and private capital. The team is responsible for supporting the distribution and relationship management team during the onboarding process, maintaining day-to-day contact with existing investors, responding to events, writing and issuing client communications, co-ordinating investment reporting and any fund related activities.

The Global Client Service team partners closely with other business areas such as product, distribution, operations, technology, (including 3rd Party Transfer Agents and Fund Administrators) to build the client servicing capabilities required to deliver an outstanding client experience to investors, intermediaries and advisors in our alternatives products.

The Client Services Reporting Lead Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Client Service team. The main objective from a team perspective is to ensure that our clients receive excellent client service and to provide team support as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 

Maintaining a first-class client service
Supports the onboarding of new investors including interfacing with Legal, Advisory Sales and Relationship Management
Day-to-day team responsibility for collaborating with accounting and third-party fund administrators to ensure execution of investor production activity and reporting obligations for 3rd party private funds and tracking until completion.
Frequent written and oral interaction with internal and external organizations, including institutional and high net wealth investors
Serves as key client service contact in new product fund launches
Managing existing client relationships: responding to client queries and requests promptly and effectively working with clients on inquiries and ensuring client expectations are met
Point of escalation for complex production issues. Responsible for identifying and resolving complex problems and transactions for issues involving client experience
Serves as a key member in team projects as needed while contributing to overall project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required
Bachelors Degree required
Experience in client servicing activities desired
7+ years investment experience in agriculture, real assets, or private equity
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Competencies Required
Excellent oral and written skills. Strong relationship management skills
Attention to detail; Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Must be highly motivated and capable of working independently
Be a strong team player
