Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Lead to provide leadership for a large complex mulitiyear program with a high level of expertise in the end-to-end design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services. Responsible for meeting development schedules and delivering high quality solutions that meet technical specifications and design requirements.  Play a key role in the specification and software design phases and lead the implementation phase of the software development life cycle.


  • Lead a team of technical resources and collaborate with technical leads and developers from other teams.
  • Understand business needs and design appropriate technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage the technical delivery of large, complex projects on-time, on-budget and with targeted zero defects.
  • Provide planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization and coordination of technical activities related to system development.
  • Accountable to business and technology management for end to end application scoping, planning, development and delivery that meets and exceeds quality standards.
  • Must have the technical depth in relevant disciplines and the soft skills, energy and drive to be successful in a challenging environment.
  • Manage competing priorities from various stakeholders and effectively communicate plans.
  • Mentor development staff to increase team productivity


    8 -10 overall software development experience including such as Java, Micro Services,

      API  development

    1 -3 years experience leading teams of developers

    Proficient in use of Openshift, Kafka, Electric Flow


  •        2+ yrs Gradle/Maven or similar build automation tools..

    Microservices development with Spring Boot


    Distributed source control systems such as Git.

    Unit Testing with Junit and mocking libraries

    Experience in an Agile model especially in SAFe.

  •        Angular 4+ experience

    MongoDB Experience

    BDD/ Cucumber Experience
