Third Party Management Alliance Lead

Job Description:

This role within Third Party Information Security is in direct support of the Third Party Management Alliance (TPMA) assessment process. Direct responsibilities will include:
- Identification of process optimization opportunities
- Understanding the future vision of the TPMA assessment initiative.
- Execution of the streamlining and risk reduction processes
- Process Management and Support
- Direct Interaction with LOB stakeholders and BISO leads in support of the assessment process and engagement requirements
- Supporting requirement identification and documentation for technology and work flow enhancements
- Work across Third Party Information Security program to ensure the TPMA assessment process is aligned to meet regulatory requirements.

Required:
Previous information technology/security audit/assessment experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to work both independently as well as part of a due diligence team are also required. Must be able to plan, execute and document assessment activities following established processes and procedures. Three to five years' experience in information security required. CISSP, CRISC, or CISA recommended.
• Experience communicating to executive level management
• Proven experience self identifying issues and working within the risk framework to remediate
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight. Motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
• Effective communication skills
• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Experience developing and implementing new processes/procedures
• Experience working with global and/or virtual teams
Desired:
