Administrative Assistant for Risk # 109078

This role requires a fast thinking, organized person to support the Risk Raleigh Lead and growing Risk Raleigh Management team and broader function. You will be required to:
  • Manage diaries
  • Organize meetings and luncheons
  • Provide cover for telephone calls as require
  • Prepare monthly Expense Claims while adhering to CS expense policies
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the team
  • Provide back up to other administration assistants
  • Perform general office duties (filing, archiving, photocopying)
  • New joiner set-ups
  • Coordinating large employee events
  • Adhoc projects as required to assist the team and Risk Raleigh Lead in general
  • Travel arranging - can arrange and facilitate extensive international and multi-destination travel including flights, hotels, and cars in accordance with policy, expense guidelines
  • Prepare SoWs through MyShop, pay monthly invoices
  • Set up VCs, including Town Halls
  • Approve all MyAccess requests for applications. Submit all MyAccess requests for hardware
  • Submit all GRMs for moves, phones
  • Calendar and correspondence management - can maintain schedules; coordinate email and calendar as directed; manage conference/meeting/event coordination
  • Expense management - Extensive preparation and tracking of all expense reports and reimbursements
