GCTO EUS CSS Desktop Support Tools and Automation Developer # 109416
The opening is within a core team of 'Automation and Tooling' developers and engineers within Infrastructure End User Services Desktop and Service Desk Support. The primary function will be to support and extend the capability of a web based application known as the Workspace Support Portal (WSP). This is the main platform used by the Service Desk and Desktop Support globally to support Credit Suisse internal users. WSP has been an enormous success as a productivity tool due to its performance and capability and we are looking to further develop the impact in the automation space.
Additionally, you will be working closely with the Amelia 'Automated Service Desk' development team, assisting in the development of Windows powershell productivity scripts and working closely on other automation initiatives.

You have Web Application Development skills, primarily:
