As a Credit Risk Process Excellence Analyst, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, you will be expected to:
  • You will drive process change within the Global Credit Risk function
  • You will support the update to and maintenance of the group's Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Catalog
  • You will be responsible for establishing service level agreements between the Credit Risk Global Function and the divisions and legal entities
  • You will deploy global process enhancements
  • You will drive agreed organizational and process changes to completion
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with other risk COO groups and the other leads within the Credit Risk COO group to ensure alignment across strategy, reporting, innovation, financial management, location strategy, process change, and human capital controls
  • You will be responsible for providing other forms of business support as necessary and participate in the management of the Global CRM Organization
  • You will conduct analyses that inform the decision-making of senior management
  • You will work with business partners to implement strategic change programs, adapting the business to the evolving regulatory environment
  • You will support the production of management presentations
  • You will liaise with other areas of the Bank on various initiatives
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

You Offer
  • 4-8 years overall work experience, preferably in an analytical discipline at either at a large financial institution or a large consultancy serving financial services clients
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in finance, operations, and/or accounting
  • Ability to work independently on complex issues and negotiate outcomes with partners across different functions
  • A reputation for delivering high quality outcomes while upholding high standards individually and as a team member
  • An understanding of financial products common to an investment banking institution and familiarity with typical front-to-back investment banking infrastructure and processes are a plus but not required
