We Offer
Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) proactively identifies, assesses and monitors non-financial risks Firm-wide. In applying our NFRM capabilities we maintain alignment with the Firm's strategy, a clear understanding of business needs and objectives, and a holistic view on Global and Divisional operational and compliance risks. We provide 2nd line of defense oversight for Firmwide operational risks and for thematic Technology, Cyber, and Third Party risks. As a specialist NFRM unit, Business Continuity Management (BCM) provides planning and oversight for the Firm-wide BCM framework, readiness and controls. Our Global Practices group provides consistent Firm-wide incident response; structures and conducts the Firm's global read across capability leveraging a common framework, taxonomy, and controls oversight; and proactively monitors the effectiveness of the Firm's compliance and operational risk control landscape. Our Capital, Data & Analytics group is responsible for innovating the Firm's data-enabled non-financial risk analytics and maintains responsibility for operational risk capital calculation and exposure quantification for both internal and regulatory purposes

NFRM Global Practices provides oversight of compliance and operational risk control testing activities, frameworks, risk assessments and Firm-wide issue management practices.
