We Offer
  • Senior role to manage, coordinate and organize front to back design governance process
  • Own creation, updates and maintenance of front to back data architecture
  • Ensure consistent, aligned and holistic front to back designs working closely with relevant stakeholders. Follow bank wide design principles and applicable policies and frameworks
  • Create and maintain architecture narrative for management, regulators and other stakeholders
  • Engage in creation of front to back data and functional architecture for new and ongoing initiatives
  • Facilitate and contribute to review and challenge process for proposed designs to ensure alignment with overall strategy and roadmaps
  • Coordinate and maintain design authority materials, communication and stakeholder engagement

You Offer

  • 15+ years of industry experience managing design process and design governance
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with senior management (C-suite) as well as with regulators
  • Knowledge of design practices, patterns and industry best practices
  • High level understanding of investment banking products and associated processes
  • Strong business analysis and problem solving skills
  • Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers)
  • High level understanding of banking regulations like CCAR, IHC/BHC, BASEL III, IFRS
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and inter-personal skills and ability to work across multiple locations
  • Hands-on front to back design experience and ability to resolve critical issues
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully managing senior stakeholders at Steering / Operating Committee level
  • Strong organizational and relationship building skills, at all levels
  • In addition, the following will be a strong plus in the role:
  • Strong understanding of core Investment Banking Risk and Finance measures, including Liquidity, Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, etc.
  • Experience interacting with U.S. regulators and solid understanding of regulatory requirements and definitions
