Bank User Solutions (BUS) is a consolidated organization that includes the operations, global service desk, product management and engineering for all end user facing services (i.e. electronic communication compliance platform and services, desktop, mobile, voice, document repository etc.). The Project Coordinator will manage projects within the strategic projects pool.
  • Project Management - Manage and deliver one or more projects within Bank User Solutions (BUS) portfolio
  • Project Governance - Contribute and prepare for monthly steering boards, stream lead meetings etc.
  • Project Controls - financials, risk management, resource management
  • Responsible for project communications at all levels of the organization including key senior busines partners
  • Ensure all projects are delivered following a structured methodology, on time & on budget
Key Responsibilities This role will work with service owner/manager, engineering, and global operations to deliver
  • Lead and manage one or more projects within BUS portfolio
  • Delivery of agreed scope at expected quality on time and budget or raise Change Request appropriately
  • Ensure the solution being delivered by the project aligns with Chief Technology Office (CTO) and Bank strategy and raise risks, issues and/or change request if measures indicate that the solution is likely to underachieve the stated performance goals
  • Market evaluation, RFP and new Product selection/ Service selection, and commercial and contractual engagement
  • Manage the design of the product / service, run a POC if needed, and prepare implementation plan
  • Implement new Infrastructure environments across the globe, harden and perform Pen Test, implement Monitoring
  • Define and agree Operating Model and hand-off process to support organization
  • Build the solution, including automated setup / access controls / provisioning integrated to CS tool chain
  • Plan and deliver the technical deployment and global migration, user pilots,
  • Manage business readiness, communications, user onboarding, training / guides, prepare Global Service Desk
  • Follow the CS standard methodologies, where applicable and finish the required project management work and artifacts
  • Act as Scrum Master with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work and becoming self-organized
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos and reviews
  • Plans and coordinates with the scrum team work, schedule, goals and task assignments
  • Works within one or more scrum teams that can span multiple areas and platforms Report status (progress vs. plan, issues, risks etc.) on projects in-line with program guidelines and timelines, and provide full transparency of the project to the partners


You Offer

List of skills and qualification encouraged in an applicant:
Proven technical Infrastructure PM with experience to work in Global environment, onboard vendors/ service providers, build and validate new technical solutions and deploy / roll out globally
  • Equivalent experience of at least 6+ years' managing projects in complex infrastructure global projects in financial institutions
  • Self-starter who can work effectively from when located remote from other members of their team globally
  • Solid leadership and communication , client relationship and business partner management skills, with ability to effectively communicate with partners at all levels from CxO down
  • Ability to build concise and clear consolidated reports and visual presentations to communicate effectively to senior management, business partners and SMEs
  • Solid grasp of project financials, capex, opex and operational cost, TCO and benefit tracking
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related subject;
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • PMI certification is a plus, otherwise structured PM methodology certification is a must
  • Infrastructure PM experience is a must
  • Technical Go-Live / Deployment experience is must
  • Document management, encryption, communications technology knowledge is a plus
  • End User / end point technology such as desktop, laptop, mobile device project experience is a plus
  • Structured Project Management skills, Prince 2, PMI or any other certification within project management
  • Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled agile frameworks)
