Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Division (CCRO) provides compliance support to all business divisions and Shared Services functions across all regions of the bank. Our goal is to protect the reputation of Credit Suisse by ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and know-how to align with all applicable internal policies and external rules and regulations. We support all areas of the business as they undertake the important task of leading their legal and regulatory risks. In addition to our advisory role, we develop and issue policies, conduct compliance training and perform monitoring and surveillance activities.

The Core Compliance Services function, handles the global framework and enterprise wide standards related to the mandated disciplines (Trade Surveillance, Suitability & Appropriateness, Compliance Reviews, Communication Surveillance, Policy & Training, Disciplinary, Registrations, Whistleblowing).

Reporting into the Global Head of Monitoring and Testing, we are offering an exciting role of Vice President to support two areas: Quality Assurance Reviews (CCRO Testing) and Systems Project Management. The scope of the role will include executing thematic and other types of internal reviews across CCRO divisions to test the sustainability of the control environment as well as project responsibility supporting the Monitoring and Testing lifecycle located in Raleigh. The scope of the role will include:

Testing
  • You will perform Quality Assurance Reviews, Self-Assessments and ongoing Quality Assurance Checks include scoping, test execution, issue identification and report issuance.
  • You will review and verify compliance with applicable policies and procedures leveraging existing risk assessment processes and other drivers of the annual plan.
  • You will work with business partners to provide solutions to improve the program.

Associate Product Owner/Project Management
  • Testing of business requirements; conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses.
  • Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications as well as coordination of ongoing user support.
  • You will be expected to undertake this role for a minimum 3 years.

You Offer
  • You have 10 years of compliance, regulatory, or audit experience including experience in Investment Banking, Private Banking and/or Asset Management.
  • You have consistent track record in Project Management and IT implementations from a Business/Change perspective, with experience in Agile Project Approach.
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, project team, key business partners and clients.
  • Do you have exceptional written, verbal communication and platform presentation skills?
  • Do you have experienced user of MS Office toolset, especially Power Point and Excel?
  • Are you self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision?
