nCinos Digital Marketing Specialist works in tandem with a cross functional set of departments and teams domestically and internationally within the Marketing department and external agencies to create and implement digital media plans and strategies globally to assist in achieving marketing goals and objectives including inbound leads, sales support and brand development. As an integral part of the Digital Marketing team, this role will establish and maintain nCinos global brand recognition online through advertising search platforms including, but not limited to Google, Bing and the latest digital marketing technologies. Additionally, they will work to understand the nCino product and the financial services landscape to pair growing market demands with nCino product solutions. To be successful in this role, the ideal person must have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website development, reporting and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based in Wilmington, NC and report to the Digital Marketing Manager as part of the Global Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): responsible for ensuring the nCino website adheres to SEO best practices, stays up to date as SEO evolves, and ensure SEO performance, rankings, accessibility, responsiveness, etc. is maintained. This includes staying current with primary search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoos best practices and ever-evolving updates.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM): monitor, identify, and develop global and in market digital campaign strategies to effectively compete with category sellers and brands on digital advertising platforms. Develop and manage efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content life cycle, including creation, approval, revision and removal. Manage PPC advertising campaigns within approved budget. Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

AdWords: supports the management, content and development of essential Google AdWord and Display campaigns. Work with Product Marketing and other relevant stakeholders to capture nCino's view of product and industry keywords as well as competitors and matching that with keyword research and data to execute with agency support. Develop unique AdWord content from existing materials, industry knowledge, research, etc., and link to CTA's that are relevant. Assist in managing the AdWords budget and performance and constantly adjust campaigns to reflect changing market conditions and evolving nCino product and strategy.

Remarketing: assist in launching nCino's remarketing efforts including the target accounts, publications, roles, etc., and designing and developing (and re-using) marketing collateral including videos in our remarketing efforts to drive awareness and clicks. Manage the remarketing budget and performance and constantly adjust to results, changing market conditions, and evolving nCino product and strategy. Utilize nCinos social media accounts for account-based marketing.

Industry Research: predict, uncover and monitor trends that could influence nCino digital marketing efforts. Keep up with the competitive landscape and develop an understanding for how nCinos product placements compete against competitors digital marketing efforts. Research new technologies that could better nCinos online presence outside of the established accounts.

Analytics/Reporting: assist with reporting, analysis and performance metrics for all digital related efforts including website, search, AdWords, remarketing, etc. on a regular basis. Results and analytics will inform digital efforts and mix, marketing strategy, sales and more. Collaborate with the greater Marketing team to utilize and incorporate Google Analytics into our reporting cadence. Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity.

Agency Mgmt: work with website and digital agency relationships including projects, tasks, budget, communication, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Exposure to a global hi-growth SaaS company environment
  • 2 or more years of experience as a B2B digital marketer
  • SEO and SEM experience for a B2B business model
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Salesforce and/or Marketing Automation and CRM experience
  • Advanced Excel and Salesforce report building skills
  • Basic web design and html coding knowledge
  • Proven ability to be analytical, research and mine digital data with strong technical acumen
  • Proven ability to problem solve, think strategically, manage and execute on complex projects
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and expenses
  • Experience researching, designing, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for both prospects and customers across global geographies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including sales and upper management
