Associate - Product Analyst

Role / Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Risk Solutions-Credit Assessment & Origination Product Analyst will collaboratively design the best software product solutions to meet the challenging credit decisioning and origination needs of global financial institutions. Based on client requirements and regulatory and market demands, each Product Analyst acting in the product management group has the opportunity to work with our Business Advisory, User Experience and Software Engineering teams to bring these key solutions to life. We specifically focus on helping our clients streamline their lending processes while making better lending decisions using our leading analytical expertise.

As a Product Analyst in the Product Management team you will:
  • Design easy-to-use features suitable to global financial institutions that solve complex origination and credit decisioning problems
  • Review client requirements and advise on the best approaches to solving unique client needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure developed features correspond to client expectations and market demands
  • Advise the organization on the best standard approaches within our products to common industry challenges
  • Prioritize and maintain the backlog of features and respond to the best solutions from specific services projects to enhance the product
  • Work with development and support teams to successfully handle support requests and track feature requests
  • Work with the training team to ensure the broader organization can present the best picture of our product to our clients
Work with Technical Communications team to deliver quality documentation to clients. Role / Responsibilities:

Department / Team:

You will be part of the product management team focused on creating credit assessment and origination products for financial institutions worldwide. You'll join a growing team of Product Analyst in the Omaha or San Francisco office who work day-to-day with the engineering team, clients, and services to deliver the best products possible to the market.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of financial services and commercial lending
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence others and drive ideas to completion
  • Evidence of dynamic, creative, and thoughtful approach to design issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Passionate about designing good software
