The position is for an experienced Business Manager to join the Financial Management arm of the Strategy, Practices, Risk & Controls (SPARC) team within Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) business unit. The mission of SPARC, as the analytical arm of ETO, is to drive innovation and institute positive change through process design, training, risk, operations & governance, and financial expertise.

The Financial Management team provides financial transparency and day-to-day global operational support for all of Enterprise Technology (~1,300 resources). We ensure that the leadership team is equipped with the necessary tools to manage their business lines through reporting, analysis and daily process functions.

• Global Resource Management
• Monthly Sub BU Reporting
• Leadership Analysis (Target Management, Trending, Projections)
• Vendor Management (FTE, FTC, Managed Service)
• Privilege Management
• Contracts / SOWs
• Manage Capital/ Managed Spend -
• Yearly Budgeting, Quarterly Forecasting
• Procurement
• Client Chargeback/Financial Modelling
• Business Travel / Professional Services Fees

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in a financial services, and/or technology company
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Results-oriented and pro-active. Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
