Manages service delivery andwebsite/systems reliability and scalability

Create and enforce build policies

Manage testing (unit,integration, performance, UI and database tests)

Planning, and deployment ofsolutions

Establish continuous integrationpipeline (Jenkins)

Accountable for all aspects ofcontinuous deployment

Tools needed to be successful: C#, Java, SSDT, Cucumber Selenium, Mockingframeworks (MOQ or equivalent), Database testing (TSQLT) - optional, MSTest(preferred). NUnit/xUnit (optional)

Manages a medium to large-sized or multiplesmall teams responsible for all phases of the systems development andimplementation process. Provides analysis, design, development, testing andongoing support for the client area application systems in an environment ofdiverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware,technology, tools, etc. Analyzes organizational needs for applicationdevelopment and interfaces with clients to ensure systems are developed thatmeet their business requirements. Oversees applications programming andanalysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance ofapplication programs. Leads analysis of organizational needs for developmentand implementation of applications. Interfaces regularly with clients andproject managers to ensure that systems are developed to meet their businessneeds and specifications. Ensures the availability, integrity and stability ofproduction systems by identifying appropriate resources to manage all systemsand having a process in place to respond quickly to problems. Communicates andendorses strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitorsadherence on an on-going basis. Communicates timely and accurateproject-related information to relevant parties. Acts as an advocate for changemanagement, encourages innovation and creativity in technology solutions.Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individualcontribution, their professional growth and their ability to functioneffectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages one or more developmentteams. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.


Bachelor's degree in computer science or arelated discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degreepreferred. 10 + years of experience in systems analysis and program developmentwith related supervisory, management and administrative experience required,experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.

  • Problem solving ( resolving build issues )
  • Establish best practices for coding tests
  • Consolidation/Clean-up of previously developed tests
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to write good documentation
