Working in a team of highly motivated people like you, you'll work with customers and be accountable for production incidents, problems, change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management and product evolution. You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

As part of the O365 Program Strategy & Execution Team, you will contribute to the work that is critical path to providing JPMC employees with the latest digital workplace solutions. You will work in partnership with Program Stakeholders, Work stream Owners, and Product Managers to ensure that key dependencies are addressed and are communicated effectively to Senior Leadership and Line of Business Partners. You will assist with the development of documentation for the Program and work closely with Program Stakeholders to drive the Program forward.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in product and infrastructure support
  • Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
  • Executes within a customer-centric environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Product Suite a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Comfortable speaking with all levels of Management
