About This Role
We are looking for someone to manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional areas. Draw on what you know to generate policies, processes and procedures that address TD's business management, strategy and governance objectives. Find ways to influence the strategic direction of the business management function (and interact regularly with management).

•Leads data center management control function (financial stream)
•Drives service validation and analysis
•Manages the Cross Border Governance process between the U.S. and Canada ensuring full compliance with our Technology Services Agreement (TSA) and Affiliate Transaction Reports (ATR) including but not limited to the following:
-Cross border work packages
-Resource billing agreements
-Clarity data tracking / Validation
-North and Southbound invoicing
-Pass through credits
•Prepares annual TSA fiscal schedules and supports data center market substantiation exercises (as required)
•US Lead for the data center and project cross border Governance and Dispute Resolution process (financial stream)
•Oversees the preparation and invoicing of the monthly cross border invoice process to ensure timely charging/recovery and alignment with agreed upon terms.
•Provides subject matter expertise and/or input supporting the US Cross Border process and the Clarity time tracking tool.
•Prepares and leads both small and large group training opportunities to help facilitate a more in-depth understanding of cross border practices and regulations.
•Monitors and perform variance analysis of Technology Service Delivery financials
•Support Smart Efficiency, Plan Challenge, and Run-the-Bank Initiatives
•Drives continuous process improvements to optimize efficiencies
•Builds effective partnerships and interacts effectively with senior level leadership

- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
- 7+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to work autonomously as a lead within a specialized business management function and provide work direction, seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and guidance to various stakeholders and team members.
- Confidence and ability to oversee and work independently on a variety of complex initiatives end-to-end (primarily on short- to medium- term issues (6-12 months) requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross-functional processes (within your own area of expertise).
- Thought leadership and/or industry knowledge specific (but not limited to) your own area of expertise.
- Willingness and strength in providing guidance and influencing multiple teams across a broad spectrum of initiatives and functional domains.
- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
Preferred Qualifications - Here are the preferred qualifications for this role:
•Undergraduate degree in Business, specialization in Finance or other similar field; MBA a plus (but not required for consideration)
•Experience in technology business (financial analytics)
•Strong data, reporting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint a must. Experience with MS Access a plus.
•Proven fiscal management skills
•Experience with Clarity time tracking tool (preferred) or another Project and Portfolio Management tool
•Strong presentation skills to deliver training and various other types of communications
•Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills with a strong ability to manage, influence, and leverage a multitude of stakeholders within both the U.S. and Canada.
