Who We Are:
Our team support three business areas Vendor Risk Management, Procurement and Supply Chain.

Vendor Risk Management
We are responsible for building and maintaining systems to support Vendor Management and Access Controls. Our systems help employees initiate requests for engaging vendors and manage engagement life cycle. This system integrates with Bloomberg analytics to determine supplier financial and litigation risk and notifies stakeholders to review and approve. It also facilitates and enforces access (building, networks, systems, etc.) to vendor personnel based on the engagement.

We are responsible for creating and enhancing systems for Bloomberg employees to engage Procurement from sourcing and procuring goods & services through supplier payment. System facilitates various steps in workflow like Supplier selection, contract negotiation, Budget, required approvals, issuing POs and payment to supplier. Our systems also provide seamless integration to third party suppliers for browsing catalog items and getting them back to Bloomberg systems for further processing.

Supply Chain
Supply Chain infrastructure is the backbone of Bloomberg's commitment to providing its customers and employees with the best service possible. Our systems are used by customers and employees to send and receive equipment globally. Our systems support warehouse operations like equipment receiving, shipping and quality controls. We also build and manage a web portal to support remote vendor managed warehouses. Other systems support the request, fulfillment, and shipping workflows for Business Cards, and marketing collateral to other Bloomberg offices and Customers. In addition, we also build systems to support logistics, trade compliance, and vendor management. We continuously look for ways to improve customer experience while driving operational efficiency to reduce cost incurred by Bloomberg.
