Job Description
Broadridge continues to grow. We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator (Onboarding) to join our Deer Park, Long Island office at 51 Mercedes Way. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and successful onboarding of newly contracted clients for our Global Securities Class Action service. As the first point of contact for all new clients you will work to build and maintain client while continually working to increase client happiness.

Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding and training all new clients who contract with us for our Global Securities Class Actions service
  • Responsible for establishing data feeds between Client and Broadridge, working directly with client or their vendor to define required data transmissions (positions, balances, and trade histories)
  • Work internally with various support teams to test and implement the data transfers
  • Review and understand client investment trade data to ensure full and proper data mapping
  • Become subject matter expert for proprietary applications used to house client data and determine case eligibility
  • Ensure complete and timely hand-over to Client Service Team once all onboarding steps are completed
  • Interpret client instructions and level set expectations
  • Research and respond in a timely manner to client queries
  • Appropriately communicate and advance any concerns or client issues
  • Develop and recommend procedural changes to increase efficiencies, quality controls etc.
  • Primary point of contact for internal sales - account management teams

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in a client service related role or equivalent experience
  • B.A/B.S Degree preferred (Business Management or related field highly preferred)
  • Brokerage industry, and securities trading knowledge preferred
  • Deep understanding and advanced proficiency of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Previous experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • A self-starter who is highly adaptable with superb interpersonal skills and collaborative skills
  • Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Proven proficiency in maintaining client operations support, high client happiness, and overall client advocacy
