You will be responsible for:

  • A book of renewable business and new business outreach

  • Negotiating renewals and new business commercials

  • Regular client visits in North America

  • Sourcing new leads from existing accounts, and working with other team members to ensure those leads are converted

  • Liaising with the global account management teams for program roll outs and user engagement

  • Liaising with the Product team on interface improvements

  • Active management of the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3-5 years of client facing experience (sales or account management); preferably in the financial services industry

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets

  • Strong team skills

  • An organised individual comfortable using CRM systems

  • Intermediate/advanced excel skills
