The successful hire will be responsible for a variety of sales and client related functions within Financial Markets Americas. You will also work with CIB (Corporate and Institutional Banking), Legal, Credit, CFO and other corporate departments. The role provides a solid foundation to build networks within the Financial Markets division and gain real time exposure to the business.

The role involves
* Manage with Head of Americas Sales - Budgeting, Strategic Initiatives, Sales and Trading Partnerships, Sales Performance
* Manage product sales inputs, agendas, materials and track action items for meetings including FMSM for Regional Head of Americas Sales
* Point of contact for all escalations related to Sales (revenue issues, client discrepancies, C&A statistics, Controls etc)
* Own all Pipeline and Significant Deal entries and maintenance
* Regional representative for all global initiatives affecting FM Sales (ie. Client surveys, Sales Portal development, client events, system enhancements, performance reviews, external benchmarking i.e Coalition, Greenwich)
* Own & manage the revenue mapping & allocation process for all accounts and salespeople in the region
* Create and analyze key metrics, reports and data to clearly illustrate client & salesperson performance for senior management
* Consolidate & manage the daily summary for all FM Sales regions to the Global Head of Sales

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Working as Business Manager in the FM Sales & Structuring COO team, supporting the FM Sales & Structuring businesses. The FM Sales team covers Corporate & Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking clients across 40 countries. The candidate will support senior sales management to analyze and drive business performance, in addition to project managing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in relevant Investment Banking or Consulting
  • Strong business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), leadership qualities, and multi-cultural awareness
  • Ability to make difficult decisions and think strategically in a complex environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong technical/system skills with an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Intellectually inquisitive, with a genuine desire to work and learn in a high-pressure, delivery-focused environment
  • Good analytical skills / problem solver / logical thinker
  • Ability to analyze and report data with accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate and engage constructively with stakeholders
    Able to work with minimal supervision / driven and self motivator
  • Good project management skills
