Job Title: Middle Office Specialist The role holder will support the implementation, rationalization and build out of the Global Financial Markets Middle Office program targeting industry best of breed support model. Aligned to FX (including derivatives), Rates and Credit businesses.

We are currently looking for Middle Office Specialist.

* Trade lifecycle management utilizing our Trade Processing System including:
* Allocations, terminations, amendments, cancellations, novations
* Ensuring all BTB trades to NY/London entity are monitored and accurately booked
* Stakeholder management, including extensive Front Office interaction, ensuring strong communication, transparency, appropriate prioritization and escalation
* Work closely with other onshore regions (London, NY, Dubai, Hong Kong & Singapore) to ensure an effective follow the sun model and globally consistent processes
* Close interaction and coaching of Hub teams in Chennai and Kuala Lumpur to resolve operational issues and up skill teams, in order to minimise distractions to FO
* Enhance client experience through improved turnaround times, effective communication and quality assurance
* Maximize use of industry wide facilities targeting standardization and STP
* Support delivery of key strategic infrastructure related initiatives and identify and drive process improvement initiatives
* Enhance KRI / KPIs and metrics
* Provide subject matter expertise to the business and clients
* Cross train on other product lines and provide coverage when required
* Manage vendor relations remaining abreast of industry developments and utility offerings
* Maximize use of industry wide facilities targeting standardization and STP (eg MarkitWire, Harmony, FX Connect, TOMS, CTM)
* New Business/Product enablement including booking model drafting and approval
* Operations representation for external/internal and regulator scheduled audits
* Understand and implement Ops Risk Framework standards

Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree
Required Experience:
* Middle Office experience from Sales or Trading support role specifically around respective product
* Minimum three years financial markets experience ideally from a top tier bank
* Knowledge of downstream processes including Confirmation and Settlement an advantage
