Being a leader in our core competencies is our objective, whether this be providing bespoke advisory on sustainable financing, thematic industry research or best in class house views. Direct Equity Partners

Launched in 2014, Direct Equity Partners ("DEP") is a private equity investment group focused on direct co-investments. DEP employs an opportunistic mandate that is both industry and geography agnostic, and pursues a wide array of opportunities including leveraged buyouts, growth capital, and late-stage venture. Direct Equity Partners is built on a distinctive deal-by-deal structure and is exclusively offered to Credit Suisse's ultra-high net worth (UHNW) private banking clients. An experienced and lean investment team based in New York oversees the investment and portfolio management process.

Direct Equity Partners seeks to invest $20-50 million per deal in direct private equity transactions alongside reputable and experienced financial sponsors in companies that have strong market positions and proven business models. Since inception, DEP has raised $500 million of committed capital to invest across 22 platform investments. The DEP portfolio includes companies in the technology, healthcare, energy, financial services, and industrials and business services sectors.
