Citi Productivity is a global team that reports into the Office of the CEO. The team embeds "real productivity" capabilities across our various value chains to achieve sustainable bottom-line impact. This includes:
· Assessing innovation opportunities;
· Identifying new sources of growth, including new value propositions;
· Optimizing business and operating models;
· Simplifying organizational structures;
· Creating industrial-strength franchise processes.

Citi Productivity uses a hypothesis-driven, fact-based methodology where our teams analyze data and engage with stakeholders to deconstruct complex business problems, identify root causes, draw meaningful conclusions, and formulate recommendations for the Firm's senior leaders.

Key Functions:
· Collaborate with business and function managers to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization;
· Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers;
· Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management;
· Develop and share best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise.

Requirements:
  • Critical thinking and problem solving:
    • Execute qualitative and quantitative analysis from unstructured information and data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (preference for Finance, Economics, or other related field), or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 5 years of work experience
  • Experience with global operating model design, product and process transformation, financial planning and business case development, change management, relationship management, and/or strategy formulation and implementation with global financial institutions
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point; other analysis and visualization tools a plus
  • Prior experience in management consulting, financial services or business strategy preferred
