Our Financial Client is looking for an Application Analyst. This person will be working on a team of 3 overseeing applications & payment systems that the bank uses daily. The main applications that they will be overseeing & supporting are SWIFT, ProActive, Fircosoft, ACBS, EastNets, Pega and FlexCube. This support will be happen once application is deployed after production. They will be communicating with third party vendors to ensure these applications are working correctly and resolve any issues that might occur throughout the day. Examples of issues could include configuration problems, block or builds up in the messaging queue.
-2nd & 3rd level support experience with at least one of these applications: SWIFT (alliance and gateway), Flexcube or ACBS
- 3+ years of experience supporting these applications/payment systems
- Proficient knowledge of payments, payment applications, payment processing
- Great communication as they will be speaking with application vendors
- Comfortable working remotely
- 2nd & 3rd level support experience with one of any additional global payments platforms: EastNets, FlexCube, ProActive, Pega, Fircosoft, Softco, ACBS
