Position Overview

DWS Investment Management Americas Inc seeks an Assistant Vice President, in New York, NY to identify and implement actionable cost savings opportunities that are in line with wider strategic priorities, and relate to tighter cost targets and organizational restructuring requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related or equivalent and three (3) years of experience defining regional, cross-regional, and global business strategy, and establishing project governance. Must include at least three (3) years of experience developing customized revenue and cost forecasts, reviewing budgets and outlining viable levers to derive substantial cost savings and revenue growth opportunities; conducting negotiations to determine terms of strategic partnerships; conducting gap analysis on the division's go-to-market model to support strategy implementation; supporting strategic planning and annual budgeting processes; creating DCF, precedent transactions, merger models and transaction impact analyses; conducting market and competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments on M&A/partnerships; creating RFP documents for divestitures partnerships; defining target operating models and executing footprint/legal entity measures to ensure compliance with strategic/regulatory requirements; deploying internal Mergers and Acquisitions tool to log, track, and monitor deal-related activities including wall-crossing procedures; leveraging think-cell tool to analyze data and support decision making processes; developing detailed roles and responsibilities frameworks; and substantiating and monitoring execution of headcount measures, and creating related management information dashboards. #DNI
