Document technical solution requirements and apply technical knowledge to solving business problems. Gather requirements and track them through system- and user-acceptance testing phases, and then create current and future state process flows. Work closely with Technology process owners to document procedures and track solutions, and then implement those procedures via training and supporting users. Utilize data visualization tools to provide insights and support technical and product level decisions. Provide Project Management support to drive projects from inception to completion. Interact with the global team of stakeholders to plan and manage dependencies for timely delivery of project scope. Manage project resources, budget and client releases while communicating risks to leadership. Coach teams on adopting agile principles and best practices to improve software delivery processes. Organize and facilitate daily scrum, retrospectives, Sprint planning and software demonstration cadences. Qualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as a Technology Systems Analyst, Project Management, Scrum Master, or a closely related occupation in the technology field. Requires two (2) years of experience with: Application Software Development Lifecycle process (SDLC) in waterfall and Agile environment; Defining and solving problems for client facing desktop and mobile applications; Change Impact Analysis; Requirements Traceability Matric (RTM); Unified Modeling Language; creating prototypes and system data flows; Excel; Visio; PowerPoint; Jive; SharePoint; Project Management tools including MS Project and Jira; working with a virtual team setup; Object Oriented Programming principles (OOP); and Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development practices. Requires one (1) year of experience with: Database management and visualization tools including SQL, Tableau, Alpine, and Greenplum; Trello; using collaboration tools including Skype and Zoom; Agile Requirements Designer Tool (ARD); and Relational database management system (RDBMS) including Teradata.Requires any amount of experience with: web development frameworks including Angular, Django, Java, and C++.
