Associate Covenant Analyst

Duties & accountabilities

Create new setups in the Covenant Library
Client on-boarding and support
Review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve data and auditing
Provide written emails to management with the audit findings and trend analysis
Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation
Protect the business through documentation, policies and procedures, metrics and data validations
Interact with appropriate individual/entities to gather all pertinent information to reflect the accuracy of the Covenant data
Strong data analysis skills, ability to query and analyse large volume of financial data
Work in fast paced environment
Must be able to document processes thoroughly and be well organized
Detailed oriented and shows initiative
Advance Excel skills, working knowledge with MS Office and SQL query

Business competencies

Education and experience
BA or BS or equivalent experience

Commercial awareness
General knowledge of credit agreements and/or finance is a plus
Management requirements
Ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks, work with little direction on routine tasks, and show a strong desire to learn new contexts and skills

Personal impact
The candidate must be a self-starter, able to take multiple tasks at a time, hardworking and efficient
Communication
Must demonstrate superior communication skills both written and verbal
