The IT Risk Programs Associate is a core member of the IT Risk Programs team responsible for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap and for audit remediation efforts within the Office of the CISO. The position is responsible for the successful implementation and monitoring of the company's information security program, focusing on such efforts across the enterprise. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing systems and user access subject matter expertise to all business areas
  • Championing access recertification efforts
  • Handling of user access rights in accordance with business function and process requirements
  • Partnering with security members in Technology to help identify and address access management issues
  • Streamlining and helping to automate access processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, timely and accurate administration and management of access privileges.
  • Identifying and assisting with efforts to further automate IAM related functions where feasible
  • Obtaining and reporting on key metrics for security administration operational effectiveness.
  • Identifying projects based on business need and/or audit including scheduled platform access recertifications
  • Initiating processes, scheduling and identifying remediation actions related to recertifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Cybersecurity and/or identity access management experience is a plus
