Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Park Avenue, NYC office as part of the Broadridge Asset Management Solutions (BAMS) team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and key partners to understand business needs to accurately define and document requirements. You will be responsible for performing hands on business analysis work to drive execution in support of the product management team and our best in class portfolio, order and risk management system.

Responsibilities:

You will participate in testing and production validation of major releases
You will analyze client environments and needs to document the gap between client implementations and standard methodologies
You will craft reports and report templates for various client profiles to simplify client implementations
You will define, document and manage training materials & webinars
You will support the product manager in managing bug lists and client improvement requests

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Finance
2-5 years of experience with bank debt and credit trading portfolio management systems
Familiarity with financial markets, market data vendor platforms and the asset management industry
Knowledge of bank debt trading and accounting systems, such as Wall Street Office
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance with a solid grasp of SDLC
A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
Ability to communicate with both technology/development partners as well as business partners
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Demonstrable experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Advanced expertise with MS Visual Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Balsamiq (or similar wireframe designer)
Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic client centric environment
